It’s currently 11:39 p.m. and I’ve been here since 4 p.m. It doesn’t seem like there’s an end in sight as far as what’s going to happen next with my little brother. They also have us next to this guy with COVID who won’t leave his mask on. Also the nurse practitioner (Samson I think is her name) told me I had the option to take two routes then came back an hour later to say I had no option after all. I’m so fed up with this place. I’m sick of waiting. I want my little brother who should be long asleep by now to get the help ... read more

I called yesterday to get an excuse from work from the time that I was being seen. I was told that I wasn’t able to be to than hung up on I went to the hospital this morning to try to see if I can get some help with the excuse that I needed these people kept trying to get check in and get another claim for them to bill me for coming in to get a excuse for work or some shit. I was so confused. She told me either that or I can go to the clinic and ask them for excuse for what I was already seen for

Very very poor service all the staff are very rude , they don’t care about the pertain consideration It is very shameful for this big hospital but the service is zero
