Not even worth a star.... Chet in the emergency waiting room needs to be fired.....constantly talking about patients behind their back to other patients, trying to forcefully bend my wifes arm when it doesnt bend that way due to her ceribal palsy then got mad at us because we didnt say it was that when it states in her paperwork and urgent care sent us over along with several other people so he started treating us like shit because he was mad they got busy.... you dont like busy then dont work in an ER......... another patie... read more
Worst of the worst! Like a dirty bus station for people who can't afford healthcare. Sad.
I had to go to JPS last night for a wound on the top of my head.. My nurse was Rylee Rebman, She was absolutely incredible, so sweet, genuine, and took care of all my needs Dr Brewer was also Quite amazing, they took care of all my needs gave me a referral for where I needed to go and sent me home feeling safe and more aware about my condition! Thank you so much!!!
Very poor care!!!!! There were several people who arrived after us that were treated and released before us. It took 5 plus hours for blood work and a ultasound. You would think that would be ALOT faster than that. Then it took along time for them to get the discharge paperwork ready
Top notch care however as community hospital expect long awaits in the emergency room!
