I had an issue with my head gasket blowing 2.5 hours away from my home. I ended up pulling into this garage to see if they had any advice, as I was currently stuck with no way of getting to Manchester, a further 2.5 hours away. They not only helped, but they went above and beyond to get me out of an awful situation. They organised a hire car for me, took myself and my son to the train station so I could collect the hire car, and also kept my car safe until it could be recovered. Took advantage of a young couple buying their first car. Bragged a full MOT and service but somehow missed that the repeater light had fallen out and the faulty clutch. Weren't available to contact when the air conditioning (which we were assured had been fixed) stopped working within a month. 3 months later, the clutch has stopped working altogether and they refused to fix it because we didn't recognise the signs of a faulty clutch before it was too late. Great service from Chris , the overall experience was very good and I would definitely recommend them.
Traded in my Corsa which I had for years to buy a bigger car with 5 doors. I have been after a VW T-Roc for over 2 years and finally found one that not only was in pristine condition but was an extremely reasonable price. The sale for my car was very fair and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. Chris was the salesman that I dealt with who was so lovely and really reassuring and genuine.
