This is the absolute worst man to do business with. He didnt even bother to tell me that the place had to be vacuumed and cleared and then wouldn't wait two minutes for my tenants to move two couches out of the way. He then proceeded to tell me that he wouldnt have allowed anyone to move in that "Pig Pen" before the carpets were clean. What a horrible horrible man. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
