I would like to give Dr. Tutela a higher rating than a five star. I came to Dr Tutela after many unsuccessful operations due to breast cancer treatment, the radiation damaged my skin. I was afraid I would not be able to have a breast due to the damage. My first meeting with Dr Tutela reassured me that I would be fine.
