Dr. Velazquez is a kind doctor. He is old school and throrough with his work. The lady receptionist is very nice as well. The reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of their poor lack of communication. I had an appointment on Tuesday at 11 AM for the birth control shot and when I showed up, the nurse told me the doctor wasn’t there. They didn’t call to notify me. So, I rescheduled my appointment to Friday. On Friday, instead of prescribing me the shot, I was told they wanted to run tests before giving me the shot. T... read more
The Front desk staff is cra** not helpful at all they make you waste your time . Someone I care about lost a good opportunity in their carrier because of them not faxing my paperwork. They never answer the phone.
