I wrote a bad review for this provider I WAS WRONG i was told cost was because of what he coded but it wasnt a UHC advocate explained in full details....i am sorry i wrote the reveiw for Dr Bonvillian he was always kind : (
I guess because i asked to sit instead of laying down which makes no sense to trim toe nails upset him because he charted/billed something he didn't do he only trimmed he did not treat me for anything !!! The bill was ridiculous ! I disputed .He didn;t treat me so that makes him a lair ! I am never going back there again BEWARE ....Also this practice does not lubricate/soften nails he just clip very very very uneven like he does not care (:
