Last visit was for flu shot only. Haven't seen Dr. Pasquariello since first of the year. Recently received notice he is retiring anyway, so this survey is useless. I had no issues with him in the past.
Dr. John P. spends sufficient time to explain every detail so we understand and has made living life better for us , he is the best .
