Great staff
Totally appalling! Sitting with the person i care for that has PTSD, major anxiety and other mental health issues for 45mins over our appt time. Old man gets up and complains that he cant wait any longer and cant come back later. Our Dr comes out and we are next. But NO the receptionist asks the dr if he can see the old guy first, & dr hesitantantly takes him through. I get up & ask at the desk what time his appt was, and it’s after ours!
