Stuck to the protocol for 6 months with no results unfortunately. Not their fault, I'm a complicated case. The office staff does everything by paper and fax and the turnaround time for getting questions answered is typically days. There were multiple times where it took longer than a week for a prescription because the doctor doesn't work full time. His bedside manner was great until I brought up these issues.
