I scheduled an appointment months in advance. It was canceled the morning of by Dr. who had a personal meeting.. I had booked time off work. It could not be rescheduled for several weeks. I was unable to attend the rescheduled appt due to a work emergency.. the office was very unhelpful and disrespectful when I tried to reschedule. As a health care professional this is not ok to allow someone's care to drop like that for months and treat patients like that. The disrespect and arrogance was astounding.
