Dr. Shoup is, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve ever encountered - and I’m a nurse so I’ve met quite a few. He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and takes your concerns seriously, no matter how small. His bedside manner is phenomenal and you can tell that he really listens to you.
Dr. Shoup is by far the best PCP I’ve ever had. He is so extremely attentive and thorough, and deeply cares for his patients. He helped me turn around my health. We’re moving out of state soon, and it saddens me to know that I’ll likely never find a doctor like him again.
Dr. Shoup is one of the first Dr's that I have been to that I have felt listens to me and doesn't just rush me out to get to the next patient. He listens and is patient. I cannot reccomend him enough!
Dr Shoup was attentive and caring, answered my many questions in depth and professionally.
I was originally with Dr Nguygen at BJC and she was leaving the office and I chose Dr Shoup, thought it would've been a hard transition but it wasnt for me. Dr Shoup is very attentive and takes his time with his patients, never seems rushed. He listens to my concerns no how big or small they are. Im glad i have Dr Shoup as my primary care physician hes been absolutely great. Highly recommend and he definitely deserves more than 5 stars
