I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism shown by Dr. John McKenzi during a recent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) visit. What should have been a supportive and attentive experience turned into a display of blatant neglect and disinterest. Dr. McKenzi appeared completely disengaged throughout the visit.
