I was about to make a major financial decision and needed an attorney to review the agreement quickly. I sent a request to several attorneys and John Joseph replied quickly and gave me and estimate for the cost and a timeline we agreed to. He met the timeline and made important edits. What I didn't expect was the holistic view Mr. Joseph took of the agreements. His recommendations came from his legal and life experience. I will certainly be back when I have need.

Reached out to John as pat of my legal plan coverage for the purchase of my condo. While it was not my first property I purchased, it was a first time I used a lawyer for the process and I am very glad I did. John was very detailed in reviewing all condo docs that were not straightforward. We had some hiccups with the title company in the last week priori to closing and John was instrumental in keeping my best interest. I really appreciate his professional service and advice. I went to him since my legal services had him as an attorney for two things I needed done. We talked about both of them one of them we had conflicts he told me and he would not go forward all he was able to do was give me advice and could not help me any more with it this was all the legal service covered. John Joseph was incredibly helpful during the purchase of our condominium. He walked us through the process thoroughly, and was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The title company chosen by the seller kept making errors on the warranty deed, which he picked up on and was diligent in following up and making sure they made the appropriate corrections. We highly recommend him for any real estate transactions. You can feel confident that he is in your corner.
