I would not recommend Mr. Gouttiere. I had an awful experience with him; I felt like all he cared about is how much money he was going to make on my case. He was unprofessional, unreliable disrespectful and it appeared he had no idea how to handle a simple estate. Do your due diligence before you choose an attorney.

I deeply regret that Mrs. ******** was less than satisfied with my representation of her in her legal matters. In my 47 year career, it has happened occasionally that, in spite o my best efforts, a client has not been satisfied. I regret that Mrs. ******** is one of those few. In concluding my representation with Mrs. ********* I did my best by substantially compromising my bill to make her satisficed. Apparently I did not succeed. I wish her and her family only the best going forward.
