“ forgets “ to send documents , doesn’t send legal docs thru any sort of registered mail - just pops em in the us mail. We are talking HOUSE DEEDS ! No professional courtesy of a return self addressed envelope in correspondence. For estate issues, this man has no empathy and as I stated will “ forget” to do his job. Not the man for your family when losing a loved one.
