Everything went perfectly with my surgery. Dr. Belardo was very efficient, professional, and attentive. Could not have been better. The follow ups were very thorough and enlightening. I can read now, and I am continuing to improve. A miracle.
Dr. Belardo was very professional and pleasant. His office staff, however, is very ineffective and disorganized. At the first visit, they pulled up the wrong patient to get my insurance information. The second time I spoke with them, I was calling to confirm my procedure. They said I was wrong and then said I never paid for a different one. Dr. Belardo was very professional and made sure we all were knowledgeable and comfortable with the procedure first. At the Tulsa clinic, five of us were waiting in pre-op when Dr. Belardo came in to talk to us. He answered every question thoroughly. Before my procedure, a technician re-did my eye scans. She seemed concerned about how long it was taking but he put his hand on her shoulder and reassured her. During surgery Dr. Belardo spoke calmly to relax me. No pain during or after surgery.

The lasik procedure was too painful to complete and now I am getting a frustrating runaround as I try to get a refund. Not happy at all.
17 years after the surgery and my eye sight has went from 20/15 to 20/20. Great results to say the least . Best experience I've ever had with any surgery.
I will never refer a friend or family member to this place at all. I went there and scheduled surgery paid 500 dollars down for my surgery, had to cancel due to work and we travel out of state for work. That was November 2016 and it is April 10th, 2017 and guess I still have not got my refund, this is not a good way to run a business. I have been on the phone so many times with their office and their billing office with nothing but a run around.
