I just converted my gas furnace and whole house AC to a heat pump system via John Owens Heating & Plumbing. Their staff from first contact ( Cory and Nicki) to finished product were without exception knowledgeable, professional, & courteous. The technicians (Jose, Tommy, and Jeff) who did the removal of the old system, installation of the new product, and pre & post testing , were super knowledgeable, capable, prompt and friendly. I've happily found my plumbing/heating company for life!
The plumber was here for 1 hour and fixed a couple of pipes that were easily accessible. He charged me over $1300!!!!! Being a lay person, I had no idea that I was being price gouged so much!!! Unless we stand up to these outrageous prices things won't change. DO NOT USE A COMPANY LIKE JOHN OWENS WHO PRICE GOUGES! I am seething mad!
