I am so upset with this office . I sent a portal message in August that yet has to be answered . I called to make an appointment and am told someone has to call me back to schedule for Dr Ogden and they never call . I finally got a hold of someone and she Schedules me telemedicine because I also work at a doctors office so it’s convenient just to realize 30 min before my appointment it was scheduled incorrectly, and I am supposed to show up in person when all my appointments are normally telemedicine. I had a great experience with Texas Oncology & Dr. Ogden. During each visit I had maybe a 3 minute wait. Once in the room, Dr. Ogden came right in and was very thorough. He ordered all the tests needed on my first visit and got me taken care of quickly. The phlebotomy team was gentle and precise. Only one poke! I barely felt a thing. All around great team from check in to check out. I pray I never have to go back, but if needed I would feel confident once again trusting them with my care.
