If you see dr john allen read his notes very carefully. Not only does he have untrue diagnosis in my chart, he has also defamed me. He turned on me because he is upset I had a cardiac cath which actually showed a small blockage and a small hole in my heart. Dr allen also flipped out at me for sending him messages that my sugar was in the 40s, etc. He then received a phone call from another doctor because I was having right sided weakness.
