I have again used John Noonan Electric. They always make me and my customers happy. It has been hard on all businesses to keep up but these folks do their best. A very honest and completely competent company.
An individual came out to the house- we discussed what I wanted - to correctly wire a backup generator and the correct way to set it up - he promised to provide a quote for two different approaches to set this up; however, I never heard back from him or anyone from Noonan. Very disappointed. UPDATE 2/22/2021: Mr. Noonan contacted me directly, apologized, set a service appointment, came and provided the service as discussed. I scheduled time to meet for an estimate on June16th and was told after that meeting that I would have an estimate the following week. I’ve followed up with phone calls in July and August and was told that I would receive one in a week each time. I still haven’t received a quote (August 25th). The brochure promoting to “book now for summer installs”of a generator must not be for this summer. Completely unprofessional service.
