Very positive experience. Walked in without an appointment. Same day service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had been taking my Hyundai to dealer for service for years. Unfortunately, their service recently went down quickly. They switched to AI answering service and text communication. Can't hardly talk to a real person. After having my vehicle in the shop for 8 days basically told me they put the wrong battery in 1 1/2 years ago and it was incompatible with the vehicle electronics. Great customer service and reasonable price
I had a very disappointing experience with John Nolan’s Auto Service. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off on a Thursday and was told the diagnostic would be completed that afternoon. When I called later that day, I was told it wasn’t ready and that it would be looked at first thing Friday morning. Friday came and went, and when I called that evening, it still wasn’t done.
