I had the pleasure of meeting John during a service appointment and he took care of my problem immediately. My Subaru had been leaking from the sunroof, so John went out to my car to inspect it himself and found a stick had gotten lodged in the sunroof drainage system. I didn't pay a thing and it was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend John, he's honest and will see you through. Five stars!

Fantastic cheap service and honest
I had the worst customer services of my life with a man named Kris. However other staff was perfectly friendly and helpful. He was just absolutely awful. I will not be back. To respond to the comment below, the frustration was not with the price. I understand that transmissions are expensive and the quote could change. It was the fact that he was dismissive and rude. I brought my Audi A7 in and my experience with the front desk was amazing. Very detailed from start to finish. They reached out to me timely to update me on my vehicle. Most importantly my car functions aot better. Thanks guys!!
