Was told my oil change would be 60-70 dollars in the morning and then was charged 100 in the evening. I understand it was an estimate but to me that’s a big difference. It was more so the misinformation
This was for warranty work on a car purchased at Carvana. They got the car in quickly and found the “problem”, that wasn’t a problem, but also found some other issues that were able to be covered under warranty, that we hadn’t specified.
I am back! Robert the owner reached out to me and apologized for the last high invoice. Robert said it was calculated wrong and gave me credit. They’re close, convenient and do great work. Thanks Larry
My 1959 Ford Galaxie Sunliner has been in their shop since November 2024. Work stalled after months, with the suspension and shocks left unassembled. Communication has been poor, and I am now forced to remove the car. Very disappointing experience
