I have used John Nelson’s plumbing before when I had a leak under my house. They were pretty quick to respond and fix the issue but it was very pricey and the man who came to do the repair put his hand out and asked to be paid cash before the work was even done!!! Now I have another issue and contacted John Nelson’s plumbing and he was on vacation but told me what he thought the problem was, and if I could wait he would fix everything when he got back to LA! A friend in Cerritos had her house copper re-piped and referred me to her contractor. My 48-year-old house in Cerritos was due for the same. They are extremely responsive, on time, fast, and affordable--and communication was great with their scheduler, Emil. John did a walk-through to map out what needed to be done, and then his crew re-piped my entire house in one day, including an excellent job of re-patching holes made in drywall and stucco, and left everything clean and neat. Really great people to work with.
