John was so great to work with, he really took a personal touch with us. Answered every question a first time home buyer might wonder, even things that weren't necessarily in his immediate realm of control. His recommendations for other companies to use as inspectors and insurance we're also extremely helpful. He made the whole experience delightful. He better watch out for some apricot jelly next season for all his hard work.
