John Neil is a great loan officer! I trust him to be honest and to do everything he can to help me get the best deal possible.
I have a lot of friends in the mortgage space. Many I know better than John. But from the moment I met him years ago, I never felt pressure but knew how knowledgeable he was. The process working with John was so enjoyable, I had 3 places giving me quotes and John was arguably the least pushy but the most willing to earn my business. I ended up learning a ton from him and getting the rate and cost we wanted. Everyone should work with him on a property at some point.
