Dr. Neal has consistently provided effective diagnosis and treatment for pain relief in my hips. He listens to concerns with compassion. I recommend Dr. Neal without hesitation.
Dr Neal has the ability to make you feel like you are the only patient he has today. It is so good to deal with a doctor that has his level of empathy. He is a great representative of his profession specifically and of Wake Med generally. It is a blessing to receive this level of care.
This was postoperative visit for my hip fracture. Dr Neal answered all my questions and was very personal and professional.The only issue was I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him. Not sure what the issue was.
Excellent provider. Took time to listen to my mom and explain things to her is a way tha made it easily understandable.
