Dr Livingstone was wonderful and supportive when my stepmother as she battled Parkinson’s and dementia. He really took time to listen to all my questions I had with her care. He was gentle and had a wonderful empathetic manner with her up until the end. I appreciated that the most. Thank you Dr Livingstone!
My Experience was very horrible with the receptionist by the name of Max D white male he was very unprofessional, overpowering in conversation when trying to obtain information aggressive & rude, towards a woman & new patient try to recover information need by primary care request I recorded the entire conversation & will be taking further action & going to the medical board & making sure this individual will not represent the staff as such again & that no one else will indoor what I had to highly unacceptable & should be as... read more
I had a very clear & understanding vist with this doctor he was able to explain to me the most critical issues I was experiencing and why and how to move forward and also was able to help me with other medical issues and get me to a point where things calmed down alot only issue I had was not getting my Meds I needed sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner and it mad me have to wait for my next visit 4 months later which was long & very painful. I have only seen Dr Livingstone a few times so far, but I feel like I have known him longer. He is very friendly and puts you at ease right away with his personality and sense of humor. Mostly, he is very thorough and genuinely cares. He answers questions and doesn't rush the visits.
Dr Livingstone is an awesome doctor he's down to earth he's funny and overall just a really great neurologist! He's the best
