Bizarre experience. Saw Dr Munyak. Great guy very sharp. And then he never called in my prescription (which is why I went). Called three times the next day and they gave me a bunch of bs reasons. So so disappointing. Going to another doc this morning. The support staff at this place is incompetent.
I 🤎 Dr. Munyak! I’ve been seeing him for quite some time now and I just really appreciate his bedside manner. He’s a good listener and speaks to you in a way you can understand. He also takes away the pain - isn’t that the purpose of going to the doctor. His teams in both offices are incredibly friendly. I’ve never experienced a poor customer service experience. There is a bit of a wait, but bring a book and you’ll be good.
