I could not ask for a better primary care doctor than Dr. Munsell! Whether the care was in-person or via NorthShore Connect, Dr. Munsell listened and provided expert support. Dr. Munsell was always very caring and supportive and he also did not hesitate to suggest steps I could take to improve my health. He is fantastic!
Dr. Munsell is always on time, explains everything in detail, always had a cure for what was ailing me and has the best bedside manner!!!! He truly cared about my family and I and was my doctor for 39 years until I moved out of state. I miss having him as my physician and if I could travel back to Illinois when I am sick, I would, just to have him as my doctor again!! Sure do miss him!!
First visit with Dr. Munsell today, it was what I expected - polite, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and provided great advice and follow up options. I am glad I am under his care.
