Avoid this company! They overload their case workers who cannot handle their load or just don't know how to do their job, you get forgot about for months as I did. I was originally told I would be out for 1 1/2 years. My original injury was 10/2020, it is now 10/2024 and I am unfortunately still dealing with them. Multiple requests from the Drs went unfilled. I had a horrible experience trying to make an insurance claim with John Mullen & Company. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. I’ve never come across a more worthless insurance company. They don’t answer the phone, they take a week to answer messages and they do everything they can to skirt responsibility when it’s time to pay a claim. Looking at the other reviews here it’s a wonder that they are able to stay in business.
They’re extremely rude and give the worst advice on how to file claims. Gives you the wrong contact information then will later tell you it’s wrong and that it is your fault. Tracelynn was one of the worst case managers I’ve ever had.
