Definitely avoid this firm if you can. The agent who is in charge of my claim named Sherry is very unprofessional and is taking forever to respond and get my TDI payments out. It’s been about a month and I still haven’t gotten paid for my disability. I wish I had 3 hands so I could give this place 3 thumbs down
I was insured here years ago in Honolulu. I’m leaving this review now because I recently found out that the small accident I had in a parking lot (it’s no fault state) which I had a possible witness for, was paid out by Mullen without informing me. When I told them I had a witness and the other car was parked illegally, I never heard back from Mullen and assumed the other driver paid for their own repairs. There was no real damage to my car. Spoke to a Mr Bryan Johnson claims adjuster, he was very nice at 1st, finally got my 1st check then Mr Bryan Johnson said that I have a secondary settlement check coming but 2 weeks after that I called to check with him about that secondary check got no response left many messages even after the 7th call and I'm still waiting for a response should I speak to a supervisor or should I go to the office I'm still trying to keep the faith with this company
Avoid this company! They overload their case workers who cannot handle their load or just don't know how to do their job, you get forgot about for months as I did. I was originally told I would be out for 1 1/2 years. My original injury was 10/2020, it is now 10/2024 and I am unfortunately still dealing with them. Multiple requests from the Drs went unfilled.
