My first contact with the company was good and front end staff were friendly. Once the work was completed I was surprised that the bill was higher than expected. It turns out the verbal quote received was for the part only. During the quote call they told me labour would be an hour. At this point they know the part value, they know the labour involved but don't tell me what the expected total invoice would be? Instead they give me a number for the part only. Just an observation, it looks bad for your company when your driver cuts another driver off (in this case, I was the other driver). A serious accident was prevented because I slammed on my brakes. Location: South Fraser Way going east to Sumas Way. Not impressed...

Costumer service over the phone and by their rep, Ayden, were very friendly and helpful. They were helpful in figuring out the new BC energy program. Unfortunately there were several issues with communication, including their sub-contracted electrician who installed an upgraded electrical panel and did the wiring for the new heat pumps we put in. The company installers left odds and ends from installing the units around our house and left mud-tracks on a rug and throughout the house. Overall, I would not recommend using this... read more

Friendly customer service when calling in answered my questions and booked timely. Unfortunately even though I asked about the warranty procedure I wasn't told in full that the warranty only covered parts. After the technician arrived and took no tool out of his box or did anything to what I would except a diagnostic visit to include he determined after speaking with his manger that the problem was a dip tube and again specified that it was under warranty and never indicated any costs to me . Called this morning regarding a furnace that was not working and my call was answered by a very nice lady over the phone she was very polite and professional. Was told the earliest appointment was to be Monday. Which was ok as we had called a couple of other places and the were booked up. We had gotten a call that they had a cancellation and we're going to come today. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem quickly. We will definitely use them again in the new year to book our yearly maintenance .
