We had a new heat pump installed by J Mulder. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience. From the pre-con team during the site visit and estimate stage through to the execution team on site, everything was handled professionally and with a high level of care. Had John Mulder Heating and Air Conditioning come out for my annual furnace ,fireplace and air conditioning maintenance. Johnathon discovered that the fireplace never had batteries installed in box for if the power goes out and installed them, as the previous company didn’t complete that step during installation. When I came into the office to pay, Char, Cassandra, and Kristie were all so friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! Dean C
During the cold snap in Feb, we arrived after the long weekend to a very cold school - our air exchange/heating system had quit working. Kristie arranged for employees Calvin and Johnathon to come out right away to assess the situation. They discovered we needed a new burner, which was ordered that same day. I had a very disappointing experience with this company regarding billing transparency and warranty service. My furnace failed less than three years after installation. I was told the failed part was under warranty, which it was. On the first visit, the technician confirmed the part needed replacing and ordered it. The furnace was not repaired during that visit which was less than 30mins, yet I was billed a full one-hour labour charge.
