Not upfront with costs, do not properly diagnose the issue, was at my place for less than three minutes to tell me my ac don't work (yeah i knew that, thats why i called!). I ended up getting a bill for $180 for nothing! When trying to resolve with the office they said it was to diagnose the issue, oh okay then what is the diagnoses was and what part needs to be replaced i asked? Jonathan fixed our AC the morning after we called in the middle of a heatwave. Way cheaper than we thought it would be. Quick and efficient. Now I'm going to enjoy my nice cool home.
For many years I have had Calvin at John Mulder Heating & AC Ltd. do the cleaning & maintenance of our ac & furnace…..he does a great job and is very friendly. We have a second home on the property that has a heat pump that needed fixing…Calvin & John did the repairs…..they were very friendly and John explained everything thoroughly to me which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend both John & Calvin for heating & ac services.
We recently contracted Mulder to install an AC system in our home. We had a portable that was just too noisy and not that effective. Everyone at Mulder was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Aiden the estimator visited and advised on a mini split AC for the main living area and one bedroom. Dominic and his crew installed the system in a single day. The crew was polite, clean, and mindful of our garden when working to install the equipment. The AC works beautifully. Looks like we got it just in time for the heat!
