The office people very rude and they don’t care about what you need …and the doctor unreachable very disappointed
My PCP was fairly good - I made an appointment due to a situation occurring. Though I found PCP to be good, I did not like the staff in the office. They are extremely rude and not willing to help. It seems that every time I called the office for information, I was rushed.
Not a comfortable office
My opinion of Dr. Tumber, she is not approachable and welcoming. The interaction with her was awkward and rude. Overall, her behavior has led us to seek medical service elsewhere. I would not recommend her as a primary care physician if you're seeking for someone who is caring & kind about your medical needs.
