the doctor actually listened to me, which is rare i think. i had a bunch of questions and she took her time and didnt rush me out the door. waited maybe ten minutes past my appointment time but it was totally worth it.
We’ve had a great experience with Dr. McNiff. She’s very thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure our daughter is doing well!
I’m disappointed to report that while this facility seems to have good doctors, they have serious scheduling misinformation. I booked my family here for an initial checkup and was told that there was a block of 2 hours for a total of 4 people. The order didn’t matter since they were all seeing the same doctor. My kids arrived first on time for the first appointment. They wouldn’t allow him to see the doctor since he was apparently scheduled in the system for a later time. Health in Alamo has been a complete nightmare, specifically regarding their billing and office management. During a routine check-up for our daughter, I asked a simple question: "Is this a diaper rash?" The answer was no, yet we were billed $92 for that exchange. Despite multiple escalations where we were assured the charge would be removed, we continued to receive notices.
