I’m disappointed to report that while this facility seems to have good doctors, they have serious scheduling misinformation. I booked my family here for an initial checkup and was told that there was a block of 2 hours for a total of 4 people. The order didn’t matter since they were all seeing the same doctor. My kids arrived first on time for the first appointment. They wouldn’t allow him to see the doctor since he was apparently scheduled in the system for a later time. Health in Alamo has been a complete nightmare, specifically regarding their billing and office management. During a routine check-up for our daughter, I asked a simple question: "Is this a diaper rash?" The answer was no, yet we were billed $92 for that exchange. Despite multiple escalations where we were assured the charge would be removed, we continued to receive notices. Dr. Rajagopalan was my PCP for 4 years. I was in need of help at the time of December 2020 and I was referred to her by someone I know. And I'm happy I was. She is caring, patient, outgoing, intelligent, and very knowledgeable. She always takes her time with you which I appreciated very much. It was a difficult period and I felt blessed to be under her care. She really did help save my life. I'm going to miss having her as my regular primary. Thank you for everything Dr. Rajagopalan!
