Dropped my appointment without notice
Very disappointed with this office. A lady was very rude and unprofessional when she informed me about some trouble with my insurance The insurance wanted to speak with hee to make confirmations, but even the rep found her incredibly rude. She should not represent this office at all. She should remain in the back where she belongs. Her behavior and persona is not the right one greeting and dealing with patients.
