This place seems disorganized. Had to take a family member for diagnostic test. Just getting past the checkin (iPad) was a challenge. She had an appointment but the strength system would not present the option to check-in for an appointment, but could only create a new appointment -- except the person at the desk said to not create a new appointment, except there was no other option but to create an appointment!
