I have been very happy with the various services provided by John Muir Home Health. During the past two years, my mom has received care to include nursing, occupational therapy and physical therapy. All of the professionals sent to provide care were polite, professional, knowledgeable and kind. In particular, I wish to spotlight Christine Picard, RN. Christine has been absolutely wonderful! When trying to talk to their rep on the phone, I found her to arrogant, rude and disrespectful
Each worker that came to help me were wonderful. They listened to my concerns, addressed any problems I was having and offered solutions. They provided supplies and products to make my medical issues more comfortable for me. The Case Worker that I was assigned was always willing to adjust his schedule to work with mine. I looked forward to having him come because of his professional demeanor and friendly nature. He always showed me caring, courtesy and compassion and had a listening ear when when I needed to vent.
