They need to be more informed regarding the patient & health of the patient. Much time was spent on answering questions that have already been asked and recorded by John Muir.
The home health workers who came over to take care of my 87 year-old mother were kind, professional, attentive. Great job ladies.
The staff at Muir Health are very pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and many more positive adjectives; their care was extraordinary, lessons in mobility were concise, very helpful and easily incorporated into daily life.
