I’ve been effectively treated here a number of times already. The staff has always been very professional and kind. I really appreciate their long opening hours, including weekends, and the fact they have lab and imaging facilities on site. I also appreciate that you get to talk to a healthcare professional in person (as opposed to over a screen).
Hoping to raise the rating on this place! I ignored the reviews and went because they had imaging/xray available on site and that’s what I needed. Ended up having a fantastic experience. Made a same day appointment online, was seen on time, and everyone I encountered was thoughtful and kind. Walked down the hall to xray, was seen almost immediately. Very clean and modern space and free garage parking. Highly recommend!
My daughter and I have gone to Urgent care clinic in Berkeley at less 4 times . The lobby and clinic is always very clean and only one or 2 patients are in the waiting area. Which I appreciate because so many viruses and they encourage every one to wear mask if they want to. The staff,nurses and doctors are always professional, kind and take time to listen to health concerns. They go beyond helping with health issues. I need a ultrasound and it was scheduled within 15 minutes of my appointment. They did the ultrasound there.... read more
