We are patients with the pediatrics. We like our doctor. The front office, call operator and the nurses on the other hand are not very helpful. Never return calls or address our concerns. Nurses are very rude during appointments. Front office treats you with disdain at appointments. Idk if these reviews matter but I hope some drastic changes are made.
You guys need to update the Business hours
They clearly just want your money I guess . My elderly mother is prone to UTI’s . Three times she has fallen and each time it was due to UTI’s yet they never thought to test her when she did lab work ? The last fall she fractured her hip so she is not mobile . I messaged her primary doctor asking for me to be able to bring a sample for testing since she’s not mobile and also I questioned why she’s not currently on a low dose antibiotic to help prevent uti .
