I went there today for the Ultrasound, and I noticed that the robe the technician asked me to wear was the dirty used one. It smelled and got gel stocked on the robe. Very disgusting! The technician gave me the different robe to wear. The room temp was quite warm and I felt something was biting on my arm during ultrasound. Even though the technician was friendly and nice, I thought the hygiene of the medial center was very poor. Unacceptable!
Quick in & out and friendly workers
I went in for a test and Chris G greeted me n was very polite and listened to my concerns and actually heard me. Chris explained how the exam would be and precisely how long it was going to take. Doctor Cho came n performed the test and they were both great.
This place is basically useless if you have kids , my pediatrician sent a referral here for my son to get an ultrasound and I call to make appointment, and they only see kids in the walnut creek office and they need to be fasting ,so after you factor in morning traffic ,wait times and the time for the procedure, and drive home . My kid has to miss a day of school . Brentwood is horrible for this, not enough services offered in the john muir office ,you always have to go to walnut creek ,so now I'm going to call my sons docto... read more
I had a MRI of brain, terrified and so nervous, for procedure and results. I wanted open MRI to help with anxiety, but there is not one close. Daniel F and Jocelyn truly were angels. They helped me feel more comfortable and even showed me how I would be positioned. I almost couldn’t do the scan. Jocelyn let me hold her hand. Daniel encouraged me to try. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to go extra mile made the difference. Thank you.
