I stopped in for a quote on some body work. They got back to me within an hour with the quote.
Brought my car here because my insurance recommended the place after I was rear ended by a teenager during the last snow storm we had in Ohio. Very pleased with service I had the front part of my car replaced. After my last auto-body shop place did more damage to my car and it ended up getting totaled out I was worried. This experience was great at first the color wasn’t super accurate but they let me bring my car back and adjusted the color in 2 days.
I’m honestly disappointed! And I don’t usually review but I’m disappointed. Don’t get me wrong everyone was so kind but the amount I paid to get my car fixed and it not being the same color and the fact that the part being replaced doesn’t fit correctly is very disappointing and frustrating to me. Everyone was so nice but next time I will be taking my business elsewhere.
After being treated rudely by several other body shops we decided to try one more place and were very happy that we did. Immediate quote and friendly service. We had our front bumper replaced and the my matched the paint perfectly. The job was done better than expected. Good people!
