I would like to take this time to acknowledge the associates at State Farm Auto Insurance for always being there for me when I need them. Always taking the time to make sure that I fully understand what’s going on and what I need to do. If I need anything done they take care of it in a timely manner. It’s just refreshing to know that if I have a concern with my home or auto insurance that I am in good hands. Thank you State Farm.
I was a customer for over 5 years. They're great as long as you don't have a claim. Then your up the creek without a paddle. The home office was terrible. I dodged a deer and steered into a stop sign. My advice, should of killed the poor animal.
Great service and rates. I recently was in an accident. My agent and his staff were very understanding and helpful. They are especially good at communication, by phone, email, or in person. 5 stars for John Mouw and State Farm.
So far so good , time will tell ..dropped my All-State...
