Dr. John Morton is an exceptional GI doctor who truly listens to his patients without ever making you feel rushed during appointments. He is kind, knowledgeable, intelligent, and compassionate, always treating you like a person, not just a patient. Sounds like a great doctor from all the reviews. Too bad I can’t have that experience. After trying to call and call for 2 days and leaving 2 messages because that is the only option, no call back. Even called the Atlantic Health scheduler. He said he would try to contact the office and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes because he never came back, I give up. This is terrible. Do better.

Dr. Morton‘s office is absolutely the worst run office I have ever been to It is utterly impossible to get through to anyone by phone. You can wait on hold for an hour and then they disconnect you. At this point I have been waiting four weeks for biopsy results. Although Dr Morton may be an excellent physician, his poorly run office is enough reason not to use this practice.
