Fraud company. They don’t know how to rectify and solve the problem. I contacted them to address a problem with our evaporative cooling system, which is leaking even when it is not in use through the drain line outdoor. After a quick visual check, the technician claimed that the leak was caused by rain and sent an invoice, despite my information that it was leaking even when it wasn't raining. This company is very corrupt. They came to check my split system and said the motor was seized and fan blade broken and wanted to charge me $3800 for a new system. Turns out I got another quote and it was only the fan belt and the cost was $150 . Please use another company as these guys are ripping off genuine customers. Always get 2 quotes if you do decide to contact these people .
Called them over a month ago to organise them to come out to look at my heating, still waiting. They've attempted to call me twice on the day to see if I'm available, missed both calls because I was driving at the time. Can't actually schedule a day with them, I just get told "oh, they'll call again on a day when they're available to come". Useless. Now trying to find someone else

I work for a gas fitter in 2023 and attended several jobs for JMR. Towards the end of the year - there was an error with compliance certificates and many had to be submitted at once.
