It took a week to say my battery was bad. Cost over $600. Diagnostic fee first then $300 battery plus one week for a rental vehicle. Total over $1,000. Big expense for a lesson learned. Yes they are short staffed originally was told may take 3 weeks to diagnose. Thank goodness only a week. That would have been an expensive experience.
