State of the art contractor. Wonderful experience
I regret buying a condo built by JMA. I have not had reliable hot water since moving in. Adam - a vice president at JMA Arlington - came to my condo to observe the problem. He promised they would fix it. That was a year and a half ago. I just set my shower to the absolute hottest setting and the water was 94 degrees after taking 2 minutes to "warm" up. Disappointing is a word that does that not come close to describing JMA and Classic Plumbing quality.
