My experience as someone who bought a new condo built by JMA is motivating me to advise everyone to avoid buying any new condo built by JMA. I don't know if all builders have poor quality controls and questionable ethics, but in my opinion, JMA does. They hire sub-contractors that do things incorrectly and build things that don't work. Then they play dumb like they don't know how to fix anything. If you want a condo where your stuff works and you can rely on having AC and hot water, DO NOT expect you will get that from JMA. ... read more

I regret buying a condo built by JMA. I have not had reliable hot water since moving in. Adam - a vice president at JMA - came to my condo to observe the problem. He promised they would fix it. That was almost two years ago. I just set my bath faucet to the absolute hottest setting and the water was 82 degrees after taking more than 8 minutes to "warm" up. Many times it doesn’t even get that hot. They have sent their people out at least a dozen times but they have been unable to fix what they messed up. I’ve been to campsite... read more
