Terrible customer service-going on 4 months now trying to cancel an auto policy. Would never recommend to anyone. Would give zero stars if possible
extremely unprofessional after a week and 4 different insurance companies I finally called esurance from Annmarie's office buyer beware she had us on 4 different policies would not cancel any she's a scatter brain that needs to look for a new career
