Been at this agency for a few years. Agent is never there, won't answer the phone, or I'm screened from talking to him. Messages for this agent left a few times, and never returned. I recently wrote an email to him at the email address on the official state farm letterhead and it was returned with no such person. Does John Moore exist?
We called trying to insure a car, they never answered, so we had to call another office, then we try to cancel a policy, since they didn’t answer we called costumer service and they told us that they were going to contact him, but he still hasn’t answered anything. Worst ever just choose another agency
Great rates and customer service. I get a handwritten birthday note each year.
