Our AC/Thermostat suddenly stopped working wouldn’t turn on. We called John Moore and they scheduled us in for same day service. In less than the 4 hour window the technician Tyler Burns called and was at our home. Tyler was very professional and just all around a kind person. He took his time and found the issue and double checked everything just to make sure that was the only problem. Tyler gave us options and answered all our questions and was very understanding.
