They made a "mistake" with one eye (leaving fragment of old lens behind), which became inflamed and resulted in substantial loss of vision...then tried to charge me to correct their error! Also, their billing process feels like a very sophisticated "three-card monte" game, with numbers appearing and changing...and always increasing beyond the initial quote. I feel like I'm going to need to hire a forensic accountant to sort this out! Very frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily stressful.
I loved Dr Mitchell. Very thorough and caring. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable. But I had to wait almost an hour after my appt time to be seen and then when I called to make my surgery appts, his scheduler wasn’t there and I was told they would call me back in about a week to schedule, which seems a little long to get a call back. Everyone in the office was very nice which was a plus.
Great experience the people are all upbeat and friendly knowledgeable and helpful even Dr Mitchell has a great personality and answers all your questions which in my case can be a lot but he's very friendly and very knowledgeable also one of the best in the field I believe
This office has some of the friendliest and the most knowledgeable people in the medical profession. I had a relaxing experience of working with Rowan, Zee, and Samira. Dr. Mitchell is friendly, assuring, knowledgeable, and experienced. An excellent film was provided on the web site explaining cataract surgery to view prior to my appointment. Dr. Mitchell patiently explains more details of the surgery and lens solutions. Is cataract surgery stressless? Absolutely not, BUT going to Mitchell and Morin made a lot less stressful... read more
Excellent doctor and great staff at his practice and surgery center. I highly recommend him.
