Love it! Mr. Miller (John) spent roughly three hours inspecting the house, room by room. He photographed, measured, investigated and tested - as able, to determine the status of the electric, water and gas systems as to their ability to comply with proper local code requirements. John surveyed the attic. behind the knee walls, the furnace, water heater and condition of the house's insulation.
