Dr. Pulcini is amazing. He provided great customer service and he made me feel comfortable. He listened and he provided the best care plan possible.
Everyone here was sick during the visit (the front desk, the nurse in training, several of the technicians doing testing) coughing violently loud and ultimately causing my child to get sick after the visit. The reason for the visit was because my child had been sick previously and having the entire staff sick at an immunology clinic is not wise. Dr Pulcini prepared for my visit, was knowledgeable about my pre existing conditions and thorough in his analysis of my situation, as well as being very personable.
Dr Pulcini is knowledgeable, personable, a great listener, and explained the process of food allergy testing to us. He and his nurse, Mrs. Coppins, worked well as a team for a seamless and pain-free experience for my daughter. 10/10 stars!
